Web design and hosting

A new website should make it easier for a customer on a phone to call you or ask for a quote, and the move should be planned around the search traffic your old site already earns. We build fast sites inside your own accounts, redirect the old addresses we can find to their new homes, and can look after the site once it is live.

Who it is for

A rebuild is worth the money when the site you have loses visitors on phones or has become too fragile to change. It suits:

What is included

Built on accounts you own

The domain, the hosting account and the code are yours. We build the site as a static site on Cloudflare Pages inside your own Cloudflare account, and you invite us to work there with two roles: one to create and deploy the site, and one to edit your domain's DNS (access guide). A static site is a set of finished pages served as files, so there is no database to break and no plugin waiting for a security update.

Because the site lives in your account, it keeps running if you stop working with us, and you can hand the account to anyone you choose.

Moving without losing what already works in search

Google has already learned the addresses of your pages, and other sites link to some of them. When a page moves, a permanent redirect tells browsers and search engines where it went. Without one, those links and bookmarks end on an error page, and whatever that old page had earned in search goes with it.

Before anything moves, we list every address we can find on your current site, in its sitemap and in Search Console, and pick a new home for each. The free scan already shows the broken links and redirect chains on your current site, and the rebuild clears them.

Speed, phones and structure

Google's Core Web Vitals set the bar for a fast page: the main content visible within 2.5 seconds, a response to a tap within 200 milliseconds, and a layout shift score of 0.1 or less. Google judges each at the 75th percentile, so three page loads in four have to meet it (web.dev). Before launch there are no visitors yet, so we test the pages in the lab; the free scan shows real-visitor figures once your site has enough traffic for Google to report them (where the speed data comes from).

Conversion-first means each page is built around the visitor's next step. On a phone that is usually a tap to call or a short form, and the form asks only what you need to call back (tap-to-call check, form check). At a practice that treats people, contact and booking forms use the practice's own form or booking provider: we link or embed it, and health details never pass through our systems.

Google's structured data rules for a local business require its name and address, and the recommended fields include phone, web address, map coordinates and opening hours (Google Search Central). Your new site carries every one of those that applies to you.

What Hosting and care covers, and what it does not

Hosting and care is the monthly plan for the live site: hosting, monitoring so we know when something breaks, backups, and small edits such as new hours, a changed price or a swapped photo.

Redesigns, new sections and new page types are outside it. They get a written scope and price first, as the build did.

What it costs

Published plans that include this service: Website build and Hosting and care. Every price is published, and monthly plans run month to month.

Website build

$4,500 one time

A fast, conversion-first site with redirects, structured data and speed work, built on your own accounts.

Request to start

Hosting and care

$149/mo

Hosting, monitoring, backups and small edits.

Request to start

All prices, add-ons and the terms that apply to every plan are on the prices page.

How the work gets done

  1. You ask through the request form, and we send a written scope with the pages, what moves where, the price and the schedule. Nothing is billed until you approve it in writing.
  2. You invite us to your Cloudflare account, to build the site and point your domain at it, and to Search Console, from your own logins.
  3. We build the new site on a preview address. It replaces your old site only after you approve it.
  4. At launch the redirects go in, and we test every address on the redirect map and watch Search Console for errors.
  5. Whenever the work ends, the domain, the account and the code stay with you, and a handover file lists each access to remove.

Access we ask for

You grant each role from your own account, and you can remove it from the same screen. We never ask for a password. The access guide shows every step.

Questions

Who owns the website once it is built?

You do, from the first day. The domain, the Cloudflare account and the code are yours, because we build inside your accounts. If you end Hosting and care, the site stays online where it is.

Can you move my WordPress site?

Yes. We rebuild your pages as a static site, carry over the content you keep, and redirect each old address we find to its new one. Your WordPress site stays live until you approve the new one. If it relies on something a static site handles differently, such as member logins, the written scope says so first.

Is there a payment plan for the website build?

No. The build is paid once, when you approve the written scope, and we do not offer installments. Hosting and care is a separate monthly plan, month to month like every monthly plan we sell.

What does Hosting and care include?

Hosting in your account, monitoring, backups and small edits. Anything bigger, such as a redesign or a new section, gets its own written scope and price.

How long does a website build take?

It depends on how many pages you have and how much has to move, so we do not quote a date before we have looked. The written scope we send before you approve anything includes the schedule.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes, the code is yours, but a static site is changed in its files rather than in a dashboard like WordPress. If you plan to edit often yourself, tell us before the build and the scope will cover how; otherwise, small edits come to us under Hosting and care.
