NightshiftDirect Scan and Research is our own automated system: it scans, drafts and prepares fixes, and what needs your approval before it goes live is listed below.
- Scans and audits your site.
- Drafts pages, posts, Business Profile updates and review replies.
- Prepares technical fixes on a staging copy of your site.
- Writes your monthly report against your day-one baseline.
How we answer a request
When you ask us to start, NightshiftDirect Scan and Research writes and sends our reply automatically: a written plan and a price for your business, using only the prices and terms published on this site, and every reply says so. The founder reads every reply after it goes out. A request for a discount other than the founding client price on our prices page, a custom price or work we do not sell is not answered automatically; it goes to the founder.
What you approve
- Every change before it goes live on your website.
- Replies to negative reviews that mention facts.
- Any medical, legal or financial claim.
- Every ad budget change.
- At a law firm, every review reply and every Business Profile post. The firm sends its own review requests.
- At a practice that treats people, the review request wording we draft. The practice sends its own review requests from its own system.
What we never do
- Ask for your passwords.
- Post fake reviews, or ask customers for reviews in exchange for anything.
- Keep your accounts in our name.
- Promise rankings.
How our research pages are written
Pages signed NightshiftDirect Research are drafted by NightshiftDirect Scan and Research from the sources they cite, then checked against those sources before they are published. Every statistic links to where it came from, and every page carries the date it last changed. When a source publishes no figure for an industry, the page says so instead of estimating one. If you find a mistake, email [email protected] and we will correct it and change the date.
Who is accountable
NightshiftDirect is run by its founder, who is accountable for every client engagement. If something goes wrong, email [email protected] and you will hear back from a person.
