Your Google Business Profile kept complete and active: weekly posts, hours and attributes, photo requests and a monthly insights report.
Service
Before anyone visits your website, they often see your Business Profile: the panel on Google Search and Maps with your hours, phone number, photos and reviews. We keep that panel complete and current every week, and the profile stays in your name the whole time.
Profile management is for owners who know the profile matters and never quite get to it. It fits:
A complete profile answers what a stranger wants to know before calling: the right categories, the services you actually sell, hours that include holidays, the attributes that apply, a phone number that matches your website, and recent photos of the real place and the real work.
Google is strict about a few fields. Your business name should be the name you trade under, with no keywords or towns added, because Google's guidelines say unnecessary information in the name is not permitted (guidelines). If you travel to customers, the profile should show your service area and keep your street address hidden. And the address has to be somewhere you really operate: a virtual office or a mailbox at a remote location is not eligible under the same guidelines. When a field breaks one of these rules, we explain why before we change it.
A customer deciding whether to call may look at both your profile and your website, so the two should agree. The free scan checks the parts of your site that back the profile up: one phone number everywhere, a number phone visitors can tap and structured data that names your business.
Google offers three kinds of post: updates, offers and events. A post older than six months is archived unless it has a date range set (Google's help page on posts). With a new post every week, the profile always shows something from this month.
A post is for the person looking at your profile right now and deciding whether to call. It can tell them you have openings this week, that the seasonal service they need has started, or what a recent job looked like. We make no claim that posts move you up in the results. We post because a profile with current news looks open and looked after to the person reading it.
You keep the owner role. We ask to be added as a Manager, which lets us edit the profile and publish posts, but a Manager cannot remove you, add other people or delete the profile.
Verification and reinstatement belong to the owner. When Google asks a business to verify, re-verify or appeal a suspension, the request comes from you. We prepare what Google asks for and walk you through each step. If someone else controls your profile today, such as a former employee or an old agency, getting it back into your hands comes first.
Published plans that include this service: GBP Care, Local, Growth and Authority. Every price is published, and monthly plans run month to month.

You grant each role from your own account, and you can remove it from the same screen. We never ask for a password. The access guide shows every step.
No. You add us as a Manager from your own account, so your password never leaves your hands. The access guide shows each step.
No. Verification stays with you as the owner. We tell you which method Google is offering, prepare anything it asks to see, and stay on hand while you complete it.
Once a week, about something a customer would want to know that week. Offers and events carry their real terms and dates, and anything that makes a medical, legal or financial claim waits for your approval.
Tell us the moment you see it. We check the profile against the guidelines, fix what breaks them, and prepare the request for you to send as owner. Google decides whether and when to restore it, so we cannot give you a date.
Not on GBP Care, which covers your Google profile only. The Local plan adds citation cleanup, which brings your name, address and phone number into line across the main directories and listing sites. Your written scope names each directory before work starts, so you will know then whether Apple Maps and Bing are on it.
No. Every photo comes from your business and shows your own place or your own work. A stock image presented as your work misleads the customer, so it never goes up.
Each location has its own profile, so GBP Care is priced per location, as the price block shows. On Local, Growth and Authority, each extra location is the Additional location add-on.
