Visitors ask the same questions again and again, sometimes when nobody is there to answer. This chatbot answers from what your own site already says, asks the questions your team would ask first, and passes the visitor to a person when it should. It tells everyone it is a bot, every time.
A chatbot earns its keep when your site already holds the answers but visitors would rather ask than read. We do not offer it to dental, chiropractic, medical spa, medical or other practices that treat people. It suits:
California law makes it unlawful to use a bot to mislead a person in California about its artificial identity in order to push a sale, unless the bot discloses clearly and conspicuously that it is a bot (California Business and Professions Code). We apply that rule to every visitor, wherever they are. The chat opens by saying it is an automated assistant, and it is set up never to claim to be a person, even when a visitor asks. This is general information about the law, not legal advice.
It answers general questions from your pages. Prices and policies come only from the list you approve before launch, even when a page of your site mentions a price. When a visitor asks something neither covers, it says so and offers the handoff you chose.
Some questions always go to your team. Anything medical, legal or financial is passed straight on, and any wording on those subjects that we draft for the bot needs your approval first. Qualifying means asking the few questions your team would ask anyway, such as which service the visitor needs and where they are, so the person who picks it up can act on it.
The chatbot goes on your site as one script tag, or through Google Tag Manager if you already use it. It is added to a staging copy first, you try it there, and it goes live only when you approve it.
A chat window is one more script on every page, so after launch we run the free scan again to check the chat script does not hold up the page (how we check scripts).
Before launch you choose how long the conversation log keeps each chat and who on your team can read it, and chats are deleted from the log when that period ends. Handoff messages that reach your inbox or phone, and any copy of the log you take if you leave, stay under your own rules.
Reading them is part of running a chatbot well: they show what visitors ask that your site does not answer, and they catch its mistakes so the answer or the page can be fixed. A chatbot answers only as well as your pages do, so thin pages make thin answers (service page check).
Published plans that include this service: AI chatbot. Every price is published, and monthly plans run month to month.

You grant each role from your own account, and you can remove it from the same screen. We never ask for a password. The access guide shows every step.
Yes. It says so at the start of every conversation. If a visitor asks whether they are talking to a person, it answers that it is a bot and offers to pass them to your team.
It tells the visitor it does not have that answer and offers the handoff you chose: your phone number, your booking link or a message to your team.
Not by itself. It hands the visitor to your booking link or your email, so bookings stay in the system you already use.
In the chatbot's conversation log, until the period you set before launch runs out and the chat is deleted. Handoffs are the exception: the message the bot passes on sits in your inbox or on your phone for as long as you keep it.
Yes, from your approved list and nowhere else. A price question the list does not cover goes to your team, and when a price changes, you tell us and the list is updated.
No. We do not offer it to any practice that treats people. We sign no business associate agreement for any service, and we hold no patient contact lists.
Both are in the price block above. The setup fee covers the one-time work before launch: training the chatbot on your site, drafting the answers you approve, installing it and testing it. The monthly fee covers running it after that.
