SEO

Your site probably shows up for some searches already, often lower down than you would like and for words you never chose. SEO starts from there. We read your own Search Console and Analytics data, write down what to do first and why, then do the work in that order, month by month.

Who it is for

SEO is slower than fixing a profile or starting a review program, and it builds over months. It suits:

What is included

The Roadmap Audit, and how its fee is credited

The audit is where the work begins, and you can buy it on its own. We crawl every page of your site and set what we find beside what your own data shows: the searches your pages appear for, which of them bring clicks, and the pages visitors leave quickly. Then we write the plan. It takes 3 business days once we have access.

If a monthly plan starts within 30 days of the audit, the audit fee is credited to your first month. If you decide not to go further, the plan is still yours. Use it with your own team or another provider; nothing in it depends on us.

What Growth and Authority do each month

Growth includes everything in Local and works down the written plan. The monthly work covers the technical fixes the plan calls for and four articles a month on the topics it puts first for your business. Growth also includes the AI-search visibility report, which asks a fixed set of questions a customer might ask across several AI assistants, records whether your business is named, and states its method. Every quarter the plan is refreshed, so new data can change the order.

Authority includes everything in Growth, plus eight articles a month and a full AI-search program. Each quarter it adds a data study, which is original research about your market published on your site, with outreach to local press. It also covers conversion fixes: changes meant to turn more of your visitors into calls and bookings.

What Google says it rewards

Google says its systems prioritize helpful, reliable content made for people, and it asks site owners whether their use of automation or AI is clear to visitors (Google Search Central). The plan is written to that standard. A page exists because a customer needs the answer, and we tell you plainly which work NightshiftDirect Scan and Research, our automated system, drafted.

The same groundwork serves Google's AI features. Google says no extra requirements or special optimizations are needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, and that a page has to be indexed and eligible for a snippet (AI features and your website). A site that is easy to crawl and says clearly what you do is the starting point for both.

What neither the scan nor the audit measures

Two things owners often ask about are missing from both the free scan and the Roadmap Audit: backlinks, meaning other sites that link to yours, and keyword search volumes. The method page lists everything the free scan leaves out.

How the work gets done

  1. You grant access to Search Console, Analytics and your website from your own accounts.
  2. We crawl the site and read your data, and the written plan reaches you 3 business days later.
  3. We go through the plan with you, and you decide whether to start a monthly plan.
  4. Each month we work down the plan in order, and any change to your site waits on a staging copy until you approve it.
  5. Every quarter the plan is refreshed with new data, and you see what moved and why the order changed.

Access we ask for

You grant each role from your own account, and you can remove it from the same screen. We never ask for a password. The access guide shows every step.

Questions

How is the Roadmap Audit different from the free scan?

The free scan reads what anyone can see: your public pages, up to a fixed limit, while you wait. The audit crawls the whole site and adds your private Search Console and Analytics data, a snapshot of competitors and map results, and a written plan. The audit also gives the fix for every finding in your scan. Start with the scan; buy the audit when you want a plan.

Is the audit fee credited if I sign up afterwards?

Yes, if a monthly plan starts within 30 days of the audit. The fee comes off your first month; after that, the audit stands as a purchase of its own.

How long does SEO take to work?

Fixes to things that are broken can show once Google recrawls the pages, often within weeks. New pages can take months to be trusted. We will not give you a date, and the quarterly refresh shows you what has moved so far.

Why do you need access to Search Console?

It is where Google shows which searches your pages already appear for and how often people click. The Roadmap Audit only reads it, so it asks for a Restricted user, the read-only role. Growth and Authority act on the plan, so they ask for a Full user, which can read the data and submit a sitemap but cannot add or remove owners.

Will you rewrite the pages I already have?

Only where the plan shows it is worth it, usually service pages that say too little. Every rewrite is staged for you to read, and nothing replaces a live page until you approve it.

I already pay an SEO provider. Where do I start?

With the Roadmap Audit on its own. It gives you a written plan built from your own data, which you can hold up against what you are getting now.
