Refund Policy

Short version: if we miss what we promised, you get your money back, and you can leave any month.

The delivery guarantee

If a monthly deliverable in your plan is not delivered by the date we give you, that month's fee is refunded in full. It does not apply while we are waiting on access, content or an approval from you.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months, except under the delivery guarantee.

Roadmap Audit

Delivered within 3 business days of the day you grant the access we ask for. If we miss that, you get a full refund. The audit fee is credited to your first month if a plan starts within 30 days.

Fix Sprint

Shipped within 10 business days of access. If we miss that, you get a full refund.

Website builds

If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund.

Results

We refund missed deliveries, not outcomes. Rankings and traffic depend on search engines we do not control.

Email [email protected]. Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out the same day, and a dispute takes weeks.
